Details of the Standard Revision

In 2015, Green Seal proposed revisions to the following sections of GS-48 and GS-51:

  • Product-Specific Performance Requirements
  • Carcinogens / Carcinogen Releasers
  • Antimicrobial Agents
  • Energy, Air, Water, and Waste; and Distribution (deletion)
  • Fragrance and Allergen Labeling
  • Packaging Sustainability Requirements
  • Labeling Requirements
